Overview

Groovepede is a free, open-source personal tool for queuing Spotify albums. By using it, you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short.

Acceptable use

Use Groovepede for personal, non-commercial album queueing. Don't use it to:

Spotify and Last.fm

Groovepede uses the Spotify Web API and Last.fm API. Your use of those services is governed by Spotify's Terms of Service and Last.fm's Terms of Service.

No warranty

Groovepede is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. It's a side project, not a commercial product. It may go down, change, or stop working at any time.

Limitation of liability

The developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Groovepede, including loss of data stored in your browser.

Open source

Groovepede is open source under the MIT License. The source code is available on GitHub.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
